I am currently a Los Angeles-based Art Director looking for new and exciting opportunities. I focus on brand strategy, conceptual design thinking, and creative problem solving. I utilize these skills on a variety of mediums including digital, experiential, and print. I have strengths in design, illustration, photography, and typography.

My training began at Azusa Pacific University where I studied journalism, graphic design, and communication studies. My skills were further finessed by mentorships with award-winning Creative Director Siung Tjia, critically-acclaimed Creative Director Nate Lu, and Disney consumer products Design Director Danny Tong. A few of the lessons I learned during this time I continue to carry on in my instruction and development with my own creative teams: developing meaning and concepts in everything we create, finding inspiration and solutions in everything we see, hear, and read. 

Currently, I am Marketing Design Manager for Walt Disney Studio's movie locker service, Movies Anywhere—working on a digital app that supports five Hollywood studios: Disney, 21st Century Fox, Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers, and Universal. I lead the creative team in brand strategy, digital marketing promotions, project management, and in-app merchandising and editorial. Before that, I was lead key art concept designer at AEG Worldwide, working on brands such as Amgen Tour of California, Los Angeles Lakers preseason, the Ontario Reign (AHL Affiliate of the LA Kings), All-Star Chef Classic, and Microsoft Theater.

As an intensely self-motivated and internally competitive person, I am constantly trying to improve projects each year. Some of my great success comes from developing and challenging my design teams to bring out their full potential.
