LEADERSHIP
A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes, and who has the courage to develop that potential.
— Brené Brown
I aim to be a leader that celebrates who designers are, who they can be, and what they can do. I thrive partnering with companies that celebrate not only their business and employee success but whose foundation is built on celebrating parts of the human experience. I want my design skills to support and aid in celebrating life.
CORE VALUES
My core values are ambition and intentionality. This is evident in how I live my life and who I am. This drives me and drives the work that I do and how I work with my teams. I am intentional in what, how, and who I do it for. I am driven for myself, projects, teams, and businesses to be the best they can be and grow in the ways they need to be successful.
MY LEADERSHIP VISION
To continue working toward being a leader that I would also want to work for. I will protect my team from unreasonable demands by working with my leaders and peers to develop strategy, direction, and process. When deliverables are clear and processes are smooth, my teams can meet, or exceed, expectations. They can realize their full potential and the world can see their value. I believe in letting experts be experts—for teams to bring their best selves so they can do their best work. I’ll inspire my team to desire excellence and assist them in reaching their potential. I’ll also strive to be a role model of integrity, empathy, a strong work ethic, and optimism in stressful times.
